4. Taylor Swift

I love Taylor so much and I have been so obsessed with her lately!! I am dying for her new album but currently Out Of The Woods is my favorite.

...bffs eternally...

This post is for my best friend who I miss so much. It has been a year since we've seen each other and it makes me so sad.

Me and Lillian met five years ago. We met online (livejournal days) and met up for the first time at a concert. Since then we have been to a gazillion concerts (I just tried to count and kept losing count) and even more road trips.

Even though we don't get to spend as much time together now or talk everyday I know she will be my friend forever. MISS YOU!!

This was my first trip to NYC!!

This was us seeing Honor Society at the VA State Fair.

This was us seeing Nick Jonas and it was pouring rain and the town flooded.

This was us super excited in NYC.

This was us at an Action Item show.

Obviously at a Demi Lovato show.

This was on the side of the road on the way to a Demi show, a car caught on fire so we take pictures.

This is us all bundled up in in Times Square for New Year's Eve.

Random bar in Nashville.

Being tourists in Nashville.

I miss you Lillian! Me you and Taylor in Nashville when she announces dates???

Music Monday

Aaaah. I'm back. Last week was  rough. I had way too much school wise then this genius decided it would be a good idea to sign up to work a 12 hour shift during their fall break. However I enjoyed my Saturday and Sunday! Saturday was spent with my mom and sister shopping and Sunday was spent doing NOTHING!!

One good thing about last week was the new Florida Georgia Line album.

The album is amazing. I have playing it on repeat in my car and I can't get enough of it. My only regret is that it didn't come out during the summer! FGL=summer!!

My top 3:

1. Good Good: This song just makes me want to roll down the windows and turn the radio up. I just love a good country song.  You're lighting me up my little firefly

2. Anything Goes: Another country song anthem. 'Bout to get a little boondock crazy.

3. Bumpin' The Night: If you haven't guessed it's another anthem. Two people in love

Just bumpin' the night

Here is my first album review. Many more to come, the next being 1989 soon!

Friday Five: Fall Scents

Okay, I love the scents that fall bring. I absolutely love going to Yankee Candle and totally blowing money. The other week I went in and spent about $150, however they had a buy 2 get 2 free deal and I prepared for my Christmas presents my mom and I do each year! So, that totally justifies that right? Here are my 5 favorites this season!

Berrylicious (secretly this may be my #1)

Apple Spice (2nd favorite!)

What scents do you have burning this fall? Any suggestions (no vanilla, I'm allergic!)?

Fall TV

Fall means new tv shows and the return of old shows. I am not a huge tv watcher during the week just because I don't have a whole lot of time to watch tv between work and school but I do squeeze in time for some of my favorites. This year I am going to have to say ABC has the best shows. Okay let's put it this way I only watch about 4 shows Monday thru Friday and they all come on ABC.

Nashville

I watched season 1& 2 over the summer and to say fell in love would be an understatement. My goal is to live in Nashville at some point in my life so watching this show really makes me want to move like yesterday. The storyline and the music this show is a must watch.

Okay the next three shows... SHONDALAND!!!

Grey's Anatomy

This season has started a little slow, but it is picking up pace and I am loving it. I miss my girl Yang, but I still love it. As far as the new sister, step aside you will never take Lexi's place. But one things for sure I need me some more April and Jackson!

Scandal

This is about the time every week I am popping my Popecorn! I love this show. I am going on record of saying Team Jake! I think he is perfect for Olivia and she does not need the drama Fitz brings to the table. However, my girl Mellie is ready to bring all the drama. One of my favorite parts of this show are the quotes! Ah, they really have some one liners!

How To Get Away With Murder

The first episode I was unsure of the show. I thought they gave too much away, but the second episode really through me for a loop. Talk about unexpected twists. This show will probably be my favorite by th end of the season, if it doesn't throw me for a complete loop. However, I don't know how they will continue it after the end of the season, but Shonda knows what she is doing.

What are you watching this fall? And what should I be watching? I am always down for Netflix binge watching when the time permits.

Taking a step back...

September 8th came and I posted then I disappeared. I AM SO SORRY AND I AM HORRIBLE I KNOW!!!

Let's just say September started off with one bad night that led to one bad weekend that led to one bad week then it was one bad month before I knew it. September was a horrible month for me. I was at the doctor's office twice (nicked my vein on the back of my leg while shaving and then a horrible case of the hives). I was so stressed out that I had a breakdown one Sunday night while trying to do my homework after a horrible day at work.

No matter how horrible the month was, it did teach me one thing. Sometimes the only way to survive is to take a step back. So, that's what I've been focusing on how to do the last couple of days. It has been a tough thing for me because I have had to learn to say no. Saying no has always been rather difficult for me, primarily at work. I hate having to tell someone no, especially when I know they are suffering at work. However, along with cutting my hours to a max of 33 hours a week and I have had to say no as well. Far too many times the last couple of weeks but in a way it has felt good too. I know that sounds mean, but it feels good knowing I can say no.

While I have been working on this, I had to take a step back from here and focus on school and work. However, I have the next couple of posts all ready to go, so I am back for a little bit!
